Hiking Yoga

YOUR YOGA FOUNDATION

Developing a routine of 6-10 simple poses that give your body exactly what it needs is one of the goals of working together. Done 3-4 times per week with a dynamic, engaging hiking routine will keep you energized and connected to your body and environment.

All group yoga hikes meet at the Ferry Building. 10 minutes before the start time. Please RSVP asap by using link above to let us know which yoga hike you will be joining so we can bring the correct amount of mats. Groups start on time and if you are running late call on cell 415-261-3641 and you can catch up en route.

Mats are provided.

Water is available in fountains along hike and some prefer to bring their own.

Rain policy: If the weather looks rough we will send an email 1 hour before start of hike and cancel. No email will be sent to confirm hike is on, WE WILL ONLY EMAIL TO CANCEL.
