YOUR YOGA FOUNDATION
Developing a routine of 6-10 simple poses that give your body exactly what it needs is one of the goals of working together. Done 3-4 times per week with a dynamic, engaging hiking routine will keep you energized and connected to your body and environment.
Yoga hikes on both Saturday and Sunday from the Ferry building. They will start at 9-10:45 with great food available at the market afterwards.

All group yoga hikes meet at the Ferry Building 5 minutes before the start time. Please RSVP asap by emailing to let us know which yoga hike you will be joining so we can bring the correct amount of mats and assistant teachers. Groups start on time and if you are running late call on cell 415-261-3641 and you can catch up en route.

$20 drop in
$50 for 3 hikes
$150 for a 10 pack
Starting March 15th (Daylight Savings) the days get longer and we switch to our full schedule:
Monday: Ferry Building 5:30-7 pm
Tuesday: Duboce Park 7-8:15 am
Wednesday: Duboce Park 530-7 pm
Thursday Ferry Building 5:30-7 pm
Saturday 9-1030 Ferry Building
Sunday 9-1030 Ferry Building
