needs is one of the goals of working together. Done 3-4 times per week
with a dynamic, engaging hiking routine will keep you energized and
connected to your body and environment. Building your yoga foundation is one goal of all of our bootcamps.

6 Week Bootcamp
Unlimited group yoga hikes with flexible schedule. Pick any 4 hikes in a week that work for you.

Executive Yoga Program
We all live busy, modern lives that demand more and more of us. I work with professionals looking to bring more balance and embodiment into their lives. In this program we explore the city while we go deeper into our own breath and find stillness within the constant motion.
We work privately once per week and then join in unlimited group classses for additional support. We work to create a wellness plan that will map out your course of where you want to go with your body and mind. This program is for thise looking to make real, lasting, and sustainable change and live healthier lives.The program includes:
