Hiking Yoga

YOUR YOGA FOUNDATION

Developing a routine of 6-10 simple poses chosen for your body that give you exactly what it needs is one of the goals of working together. Done 3-4 times per week with a dynamic, engaging hiking routine will keep you energized and connected to your body and environment. Building your yoga foundation is one goal of all of our bootcamps. 

Hike & Dinner Kicks off with Cinco De Mayo next Wednesday.

 Hike & Dinner Program.

 Every wednesday we will explore a new neighborhood and go further into the scene, history and culture that give it a unique feel.  Over the course of 9 weeks you will definitely feel like a grizzled native as we will have explored:

North Beach, Russian Hill, Chinatown, Pacific Heights, Marina, Golden Gate Park, Castro, Alamo Square and lower Haight, & the Mission

When? May 5th, 6-9. We will meet at 555pm ready to workout.

Where? Under the clock tower of the Ferry Building (starting locations will change as we scope out new neighborhoods)
Since this is Cinco De Mayo we will have to go with Mexican but we are going to do it with a twist. We are going to eat at www.donpistos.com,  which according to 89 yelp reviews is one of the highest rated in the city. Tacos, tortas, and something delightful to drink. We will meet at Ferry Building like normal but we will finish our workout at restaurant in North Beach where we will have a table and some drinks waiting for us. 

Cost? $25 for the hike and dinner will be up to you. You can buy the whole series (9) for $170 or a 3 pack for $60 and you have until November to use them. You cannot use a Groupon or any other discount for these special events. 

More details & FAQ's
-Each week we will post location and restaurant for the week. 

-There are 27 Wednesdays between now and Daylight Savings in November so if you miss a neighborhood you can catch again later in the season. You cannot fully experience any neighborhood in SF without trying one of the local restaurants so we will explore a new spot providing healthy, fun place where we can roll in after our workout. 

-We will cap the group at 15 so reserve your spot and we can make reservations with the restaurant.

Unlimited group yoga hikes with flexible schedule. Pick any 4 hikes in a week that work for you.

If you complete 4 hikes/week in the program you get 2 $50 gift certificates to use on next bootcamp. One for you and to give a friend you want to share the experience with. 

 

Executive Yoga Program

We all live busy, modern lives that demand more and more of us. I work with professionals looking to bring more balance and embodiment into their lives. In this program we explore the city while we go deeper into our own breath and find stillness within the constant motion.

We work privately once per week and then join in unlimited group classses for additional support. We work to create a wellness plan that will map out your course of where you want to go with your body and mind. This program is for thise looking to make real, lasting, and sustainable change and live healthier lives.The program includes:


1 private session/week in unique locations

Unlimited group yoga hkes

Create a wellness plan with goals for the 8 weeks- 2 hours
