I am leading a personal yoga hiking retreat this Sunday through Tuesday in Pt. Reyesso nohikes Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Regular schedule resumes on Wednesday at 5:30. See you then.

Hiking yoga is about stepping out of the stale studio box yoga has been trapped in to explore San Francisco. The ultimate urban hiking destination with its combination of stunning views, challenging hills, and amazing weather that will take your breath away. The yoga will gently (sometimes not so gently) help you find your breath again.

Whether you are a local looking for a challenging new workout, new to the city and getting your bearings, or visiting the greatest city on earth. This unique 75-minute workout integrates the cardio of hiking the hills of SF with the power and connectivity of yoga. The route choices are safe, limitless and varied to take in secret alleys, hidden staircases, and gorgeous gardens you would never find on your own. We will see some of the icons that make SF famous like Coit Tower, Lombard Street, Chinatownbut it is the subtle discoveries that will bring you back for more.

YogaHikes are offered daily (except Sundays) from the Ferry Building in the heart of the Financial District. Our morning hike starts around sunrise before you start your busy day and one at 5:30pm (Monday-Thursday)after work. Check Schedule page for all details.
