1) Is water available? Only in fountain at trail head. ALWAYS bring your own water. Staying hydrated is critical to taking care of your body. Many prefer to bring a camel pack or sport pack of some sort so you don't have to carry a bottle the whole time.
2) Are there restrooms available? Yes at trailhead.
3) What surface will we be hiking on? This location offers single track rocky trails with rugged materials. NO OPEN TOED SHOES. Please wear at least running shoes and possibly hiking shoes for vigorous hiking.
4) How is parking? Parking is available but can be more full during peak hours. Please give yourself an extra 15 minutes so you are not rushed and stressed over parking.
5) What about bad weather? We will let you know well before the yoga hike if we think weather could be a factor. We always send a confirmation email the day before the hike with more details. |
